We are looking for an Interim Year-End Accountant to support the finance team during the year-end close process. This role will require an individual with strong accounting knowledge and experience in preparing year-end financial statements Client Details UK division of an International Manufactuirng Group Description Manage the preparation and coordination of year-end financial close activities. Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements in accordance with GAAP Review trial balance, journal entries, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy. Perform account reconciliations, ensuring all balances are accurate and resolve discrepancies. Ensure all year-end adjustments, accruals, and provisions are properly recorded. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Provide key financial information for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with the audit process, liaising with external auditors and providing requested documentation. Profile You will be a qualified or QBE accountant with solid technical skills, experience of Year end Audit and the ability to work 2 days per week in Leicester Job Offer 250- 300p/d Outside IR35, Hybrid working with 3 days remote and 2 in Leicester. 3-4 month assignment, possible permanent role for the right person
