Summary: This role is for a Band 7 Ward Manager on a fixed-term secondment for 3 months at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, focusing on inpatient services in Ty Llywelyn. The position requires a Nursing Degree or RMN with relevant experience, and the successful candidate will support the Matron in providing quality care for individuals with complex health needs. Strong management, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to work flexibly within a team. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not mandatory.
