Summary: The role of Interim Treasurer involves establishing a treasury function for a Private Equity carve-out from a manufacturing firm. Interim Treasurer 4-6 Month Contract London Based Day Rate (outside IR35) I'm recruiting for a Private Equity carve-out from a Manufacturing firm, needing an Interim Treasurer to set up the function.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Cash & Liquidity Management - establish cashflow forecasting model, optimize working capital and cash visibility
  • Banking Structure - rationalise banking partners and operations, establishing new accounts and platforms as needed
