Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client to facilitate the appointment of an Interim Transition Manager - Recycling & Waste Services on an interim basis for 12 months (with likely extension). The council is undergoing a significant change project, to their weekly collection service. This post has become available to lead the transition project through delivery, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth operational shift, aligned with council objectives and deadlines.
