Technology Integration Lead | PE Buy & Build | Multi-acquisition platform Outside IR35 - £900-£1100 per day I’m working with a private equity backed healthcare platform that is scaling rapidly through acquisition and is looking for a hands-on Technology Integration leader to support the integration of newly acquired businesses. This is an interim role focused on delivery rather than traditional corporate IT leadership. The platform is acquiring multiple small and mid-sized businesses and needs someone who can help standardise systems, integrate data and build a scalable technology foundation as the organisation grows. This role would suit someone who has experience in environments such as: private equity buy-and-build platforms technology integration across multiple acquisitions digital transformation in scaling SMEs consulting roles delivering hands-on systems integration programmes Mid Market experience or high-growth organisations who have scaled through acquisition The environment is fast moving and often messy, so the right person will be comfortable diagnosing problems quickly and implementing practical solutions rather than designing overly complex architectures.

The role will work closely with finance and operational leadership to bring acquired businesses onto a modular technology architecture. Preferred experience includes working with or integrating systems such as:

- practice management / operational systems within SME environments
- integration tooling, APIs and data pipelines
- modern data environments including data warehouses, data lakes or similar architectures
Experience with tools such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau or other modern reporting environments would also be beneficial. The successful individual will be technically credible and comfortable discussing data structures, APIs and integration architecture, while remaining highly pragmatic and delivery focused.
