Summary: The Interim Technical ERP Project Lead will oversee the standardization and implementation of Order To Cash processes for the ORACLE R12 upgrade across global sites in the flavours and fragrance industry. This role requires leading future state process mapping and transformation of customer master data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle implementation and a strong focus on customer service throughout the order fulfilment process. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global OTC process owner.
- Lead future state process mapping for order fulfilment, shipping & invoicing.
- Transformation and set-up of customer master data.
- Technical ERP project lead.
- Must have Oracle implementation experience.
- Focus on Customer Service from order entry to point of invoice.
- Lead the Order to Cash element of the ERP project.
- Clear understanding of customer master data & future-state process mapping.
Key Skills:
- Experienced Order to Cash / ERP Project Lead with Oracle Implementation experience.
- Experience leading & implementing OTC activities as part of an ERP implementation or upgrade, preferably ORACLE.
- Experience of coaching, supporting, transforming, leading and managing teams.
- Experience working in a global enterprise.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

As a Technical ERP Project Lead, you will be responsible for Order To Cash (i.e. order fulfilment, shipping & invoicing) standardisation and implementation for the ORACLE R12 upgrade at all sites globally
