Summary: The Interim Technical ERP Project Lead role involves overseeing the Order To Cash (OTC) standardization and implementation for the ORACLE R12 upgrade across global sites within a leading flavours and fragrance company. The position requires a strong background in Oracle implementation and the ability to lead process mapping and transformation of customer master data. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective order fulfilment, shipping, and invoicing processes. This role demands excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global OTC process owner.
- Lead future state process mapping for order fulfilment, shipping & invoicing.
- Transformation and set-up of customer master data.
- Technical ERP project lead.
- Must have Oracle implementation experience.
- Focus on Customer Service from order entry to point of invoice.
- Lead the Order to Cash element of the ERP project.
- Ensure clear understanding of customer master data & future-state process mapping.
