Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interim finance services to clients, focusing on project-based accounting needs.
• Collaborate with client finance teams on-site or remotely.
• Prepare half and full-year-end accounts and manage audit liaison.
• Consolidate group accounts and handle intercompany accounting.
• Ensure financial reporting compliance under IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, or international GAAP.
• Prepare year-end statutory accounts and manage audits.

Key Skills:

• Fully qualified member of a professional accounting body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience as Financial Controller/Group FC or Financial Director/Group FD.
• Experience in companies with an annual turnover of over £50m, ideally within a listed FTSE business.
• Proficient in financial reporting and management accounts preparation.
• Strong knowledge of group accounts consolidation and intercompany accounting.
