Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interim finance services on a project basis to clients.
• Collaborate with client finance teams in diverse organizations.
• Prepare half and full-year-end accounts and manage audit liaison.
• Handle group accounts consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and year-end statutory accounts.
• Ensure financial reporting compliance under IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, or international GAAP.

Key Skills:

• Fully qualified member of a professional accounting body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in a company with an annual turnover of over £50m, preferably within a listed FTSE business.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and preparation of statutory accounts.
• Strong background in audit preparation and financial management.
