Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interim finance services and project-focused accounting support to clients.
• Collaborate with client finance teams on-site or remotely.
• Prepare half and full-year-end accounts and manage audit liaison.
• Handle group accounts consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Ensure financial reporting compliance under IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, or international GAAP.
• Prepare year-end statutory accounts and audits.

Key Skills:

• Fully qualified member of a professional accounting body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in a company with an annual turnover of over £50m, ideally within a listed FTSE business.
• Proficient in half and full-year-end accounts preparation and audit processes.
• Knowledge of group accounts consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Experience in financial reporting under various GAAP standards.
• Ability to prepare year-end statutory accounts and manage audits.
