Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interim finance services to clients across diverse sectors.
• Prepare half and full-year-end accounts and liaise with auditors.
• Consolidate group accounts and manage intercompany accounting.
• Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, or international GAAP.
• Prepare year-end statutory accounts and audits.

Key Skills:

• Fully qualified member of a professional accounting body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in a company with an annual turnover of over £50m, preferably within a listed FTSE business.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and accounts preparation.
• Strong understanding of group accounts consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Experience with statutory accounts and audit preparation.
