Summary: The role of Senior Strategic Insights & Analytics Manager involves leading strategic frameworks to drive growth in the Healthcare category for a global nutrition company. The position requires expertise in primary research and data analysis, along with the ability to build relationships with global stakeholders. The contract is for 3-4 months and is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement. Immediate availability is required for this inside IR35 role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a leadership role in the creation of strategic frameworks to unlock growth opportunities across the category
- Define and lead ad hoc primary research plans across positioning, innovation, and communications
- Lead market, HCP, patient, carer, category, and channel ad hoc primary research projects
- Use multiple data sources and tools to generate insights that form the basis of brand and category plans
- Create and deliver impactful and engaging, growth-oriented category deep dive presentations
- Build strong and credible relationships with global stakeholders
- Management and development of 2 direct reports
Key Skills:
- Experience in the Healthcare sector is essential
- Experience in HCP/patient/consumer/brand/category research projects
- Analysing complex data sets and providing performance evaluation across market/category landscape
- Joining the dots between multiple data sources and creating concrete business recommendations
- Operating efficiently and effectively across multiple projects with unique stakeholders and dynamics

What you will be doing:
- Play a leadership role in the creation of strategic frameworks to unlock growth opportunities across the category
- Define and lead ad hoc primary research plans across positioning , innovation and comms and co-build strategy with relevant team
- Lead market, HCP, patient, carer, category and channel ad hoc primary research projects
- Use multiple data sources and tools to generate insight that form the basis of brand & category plans
- Create & deliver impactful & engaging, growth orientated category deep dive presentations
- Build strong & credible relationships with global stakeholders
- Management & development of 2 direct reports
