Summary: The role of Interim Senior Legal Counsel involves providing strategic legal support across various business areas for a leading organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of commercial, corporate, regulatory and contractual matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
- Support corporate governance and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Advise on risk management, disputes and litigation matters as required.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external legal advisers, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Mentor and support junior members of the legal team (if applicable).
Key Skills:
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE (Post-Qualified Experience), ideally with experience gained both in private practice and in-house.
- Strong background in corporate and commercial law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to deliver clear, concise and commercially focused legal advice to non-legal stakeholders.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
