Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Group Audit Programme, preparing multidisciplinary teams for internal and external audits across multiple sites and regions.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 50001, 23001 and SOC 2 Type 2 standards, ensuring all accreditations remain active and audit-ready.
  • Develop and enhance the integrated management systems across the business, embedding best practice in data centre operations, governance, and risk management.
  • Drive the creation, assignment, and closure of audit improvement plans following internal and external reviews.
  • Partner with cross-functional global teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the key point of contact for external assessors, accreditation bodies, and senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee the audit budget and ensure effective allocation of external consultancy and auditing resources.

  • Lead Auditor qualification with demonstrable experience managing integrated audit programmes across multiple ISO standards and SOC 2 frameworks.
