Summary: The role of Interim Senior HR Business Partner involves leading a high-performing HR team during a transitional period within a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cultural and operational change while managing employee relations and HR operations. This position requires a strategic and hands-on approach to HR leadership, with an immediate start available. The contract is for a duration of 3 to 6 months with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the HR function and managing two direct reports and their teams.
  • Acting as the go-to expert for Employee Relations, redundancy, and change management.
  • Challenging existing processes and driving improvements across HR operations.
  • Building strong relationships across the business and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Providing HR reports and insights using Excel.

Are you a strategic and hands-on HR leader ready to make an impact from day one? We’re looking for an experienced Interim Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR to lead a high-performing HR team through a period of transition. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive cultural and operational change in a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the HR function and managing two direct reports, and their teams.
