Summary: The role of Interim Senior HR Business Partner involves supporting a nationwide client in the fast-moving hospitality industry for a fixed-term contract of 6 months. The position requires regular travel to Guernsey/Jersey and is based in the West Midlands, specifically in areas such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Sutton Coldfield, or Worcester. The candidate will work closely with senior leaders to address HR-related issues and support change projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and management to address HR and people-related issues.
  • Support upcoming change projects within the organization.
  • Manage and mitigate risks in employee relations based on employment legislation.
  • Undertake investigations and support managers during formal procedures.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and advice to line managers on best practices in people management.
  • Continuously improve employee performance and manage organizational change.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in luxury hotels, hospitality, high-end restaurants, leisure, or retail.
  • Detailed knowledge of HR, management, and employee relations issues.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable.
  • Significant experience in investigations and formal procedures.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining a pragmatic perspective.
  • Strong understanding of relevant employment legislation.
