Summary: The role of Interim Senior HR Business Partner involves supporting a nationwide client in the fast-moving hospitality industry through a fixed-term contract of 6 months. The position requires regular travel to Guernsey/Jersey and is suited for candidates who enjoy engaging with the workforce. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leaders to address HR-related issues and support change projects across multiple sites in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior leaders and management to address HR and people-related issues.
  • Support upcoming change projects within the organization.
  • Manage and mitigate risk in employee relations based on employment legislation.
  • Conduct investigations and support managers during formal procedures.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and advice to line managers on best practices.
  • Continuously improve employee performance and manage organizational change.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking while maintaining a pragmatic approach.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in luxury hotels, hospitality, high-end restaurants, leisure, or retail.
  • Detailed knowledge of HR, management, and employee relations issues.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable.
  • Ability to manage and mitigate risk in employee relations.
  • Significant experience in investigations and formal procedures.
  • Skilled in coaching and advising line managers.
  • Strategic thinking with a pragmatic perspective.
