Summary: The role of Interim Senior HR Business Partner involves supporting a nationwide client in the fast-moving hospitality industry through a fixed-term contract of 6 months. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with senior leaders and management to address HR and people-related issues.
- Support upcoming change projects within the organization.
- Manage and mitigate risk in employee relations based on employment legislation.
- Conduct investigations and support managers during formal procedures.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and advice to line managers on best practices.
- Continuously improve employee performance and manage organizational change.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking while maintaining a pragmatic approach.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in luxury hotels, hospitality, high-end restaurants, leisure, or retail.
- Detailed knowledge of HR, management, and employee relations issues.
- CIPD qualification is desirable.
- Ability to manage and mitigate risk in employee relations.
- Significant experience in investigations and formal procedures.
- Skilled in coaching and advising line managers.
