  • Working with the HR team on pay review data and analysis
  • Promoting continuous improvement and best practice across HR services

Key Skills:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience managing ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness)
  • Ability to confidently coach and guide managers on HR matters
  • Understanding of employment legislation and effective application
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work at pace and juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience in unionised environments or using applicant tracking systems is a bonus

Description

In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to managers, advising on a full range of people matters. You'll work across a broad HR portfolio, providing policy guidance, coaching on employee relations, supporting change programmes, and driving performance and development initiatives.

Profile

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
  • Has strong experience managing ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness)
  • Can confidently coach and guide managers on HR matters
  • Understands employment legislation and can apply it effectively
  • Is an excellent communicator, influencer, and relationship builder
  • Can work at pace and juggle multiple priorities

You must be immediately available or available to start on short notice. Experience in unionised environments or using applicant tracking systems is a bonus.
