  • Working closely with senior finance colleagues to support forecasting, treasury and wider financial analysis.
  • Contributing to ongoing process improvement and change activity within the finance function.

Robertson Bell are supporting a large, complex organisation and highly regarded employer in the York area to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established finance function within an organisation known for its stability, scale and strong reputation.

This is a hands-on accounting role with responsibility for coordinating and owning key finance processes across a large and complex organisation. The emphasis is on delivery, process ownership and collaboration.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and coordinating key financial reporting and regulatory return processes, working with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Maintaining and developing costing and analysis models, including working with large Excel-based datasets seen across complex environments.
