Summary: The Interim Senior Finance Business Partner role involves supporting an International Professional Services business during a Transformation Change Project. Based in Sheffield or Leeds on a hybrid basis, the position requires collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and IT to manage cost oversight and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other Senior BPs to deliver consistent and insightful reports across specific service areas.
- Prepare and review headcount data, providing commentary on any variances.
- Present monthly management information and commentary to Directors, highlighting budget progress, emerging issues, and proposed actions.
- Track projects, KPIs, and Capex, ensuring thorough oversight.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting on various costs, identifying trends and potential risks, and working with the Senior Finance BP to implement changes.
