Summary: The Interim Senior Finance Business Partner role involves supporting an International Professional Services business during a Transformation Change Project. Based in Sheffield or Leeds on a hybrid basis, the position requires collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and IT to manage cost oversight and reporting. The role includes ongoing analysis, budgeting, and presenting management information to Directors. This is a 12-month contract with a salary range of £75,000 to £78,000, including benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Leadership Team during a Transformation Change Project.
- Collaborate with IT for cost management and reporting oversight, including Capex and project expenses.
- Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting, budgeting, and reforecasting.
- Prepare and review headcount data with commentary on variances.
- Present monthly management information and commentary to Directors.
- Track projects, KPIs, and Capex for thorough oversight.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis on costs, identifying trends and risks.
- Work with the Senior Finance BP to implement necessary changes.
