Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify areas of improvement within existing finance processes and implement enhancements for greater efficiency.
- Play a key role in integrating a new finance system into the current business structure and assist in system testing and troubleshooting.
- Provide guidance and training to current finance team members to help them adapt to new processes and systems.
Key Skills:
- ACA/ACCA qualified with a significant amount of post-qualified experience.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in balance sheet reconciliations.
- Proven experience in process improvement and system integration.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international business environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and mentor colleagues.
