Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare management accounts for multiple entities in accordance with local GAAPs
  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions
  • Prepare annual financial statements for holding and service companies
  • Lead the audit and tax filings across multiple jurisdictions
  • Prepare VAT returns and assist with other indirect tax matters
  • Continuously drive process improvements & system (Workday) enhancements
  • Support with M&A integration and financial due diligence
  • Ad hoc projects & finance tasks

Key Skills:

  • Fully Qualified Accountant
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge (UK GAAP/FRS 102)
  • MUST have Workday accounting experience
  • Ideally from a PE or Investment Management background
  • International & multi-entity accounting experience would be beneficial

Global Accounting Network are partnering with an international PE group who are looking for an interim Senior Accounting Manager for an initial 6 month period. As the interim Senior Accounting Manager, this role will oversee accounting and financial reporting across multiple holding and service entities in Europe.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare management accounts for multiple entities in accordance with local GAAPs
  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions
  • Prepare annual financial statements for holding and service companies
  • Lead the audit and tax filings across multiple jurisdictions
  • Prepare VAT returns and assist with other indirect tax matters.
