Summary: The Interim Sell-Side Advisor role focuses on providing strategic support to a private equity-backed TMT business in preparation for its exit. The advisor will collaborate closely with the CFO and serve as the primary liaison for bankers and advisors, ensuring efficient information flow and project execution. Key tasks include data room preparation, due diligence coordination, and enhancing marketing materials. Prior experience in sell-side advisory roles is essential, with TMT experience being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CFO on tasks related to the business exit.
- Act as the main point of contact for bankers and advisors.
- Ensure prompt and accurate provision of information and data.
- Assist in the preparation of the data room.
- Drive internal projects to improve the financial standing of the business.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts.
- Develop marketing materials and pitch documents.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a sell-side advisor in investment banking or M&A advisory.
- Immediate availability for a new assignment.
- Excellent modelling and analytical skills.
- Confidence to act as the main point of contact for potential buyers and their advisors.
