Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on securitisation and structured finance transactions.

- Providing day-to-day legal support to funding and capital markets teams.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on strategic financing initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Qualified lawyer with experience in securitisation, structured finance, ABS and/or warehouse financing.

The Opportunity

This role will focus on supporting a broad range of structured finance and securitisation matters, working closely with stakeholders across the business and reporting directly into a senior member of the legal team.
