Summary: The Interim SAP Programme Manager will lead the full lifecycle of SAP S/4 HANA implementation for a FMCG business, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. This 12-month interim role involves managing a transformation roadmap, engaging with stakeholders, and developing change management strategies. The candidate will leverage extensive SAP knowledge and project management experience to drive strategic initiatives and ensure quality standards are met. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
- Manage the definition of a transformation roadmap promoting best practices.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all SAP solutions meet quality standards and deliver expected business benefits.
- Develop and implement change management strategies for smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Highly experienced in SAP programme management with a proven track record.
- SAP certification and PMP or equivalent project management certification are highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and integration points.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- FCMG Manufacturing background preferred.
