Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving resident queries related to rents and service charges with efficiency and professionalism
  • Providing vital support to the wider finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assisting the annual rent setting process and collaborating with the housing team

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in rent and service charge accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of housing regulations, rent setting practices, and service charge management
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-driven attitude and a passion for delivering results
  • Ideally experience within social housing, however, commercial service charges experience or local authority service charges experience will still be valuable
