Summary: The role of Quality Consultant (Social Care) involves supporting a client's service by ensuring care plans are compliant with CQC standards and assisting in the implementation of the Nourish system. The consultant will work closely with the team to enhance care documentation and update policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to implement the Service Improvement Plan

  • Implement templates into the system to streamline care documentation
  • Refresh and update all policies and procedures to meet the highest quality standards

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CQC guidelines and ability to stay up-to-date with any changes
  • Proficiency in using the Nourish platform and implementing templates
  • Proven medication management experience, system transition is preferable
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with teams
  • Familiarity with local governing body is a plus

We are seeking a Nourish/Quality Specialist to come and support our client's service. As a Nourish Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the care plans are up-to-date and aligned with CQC standards whilst also supporting the team with the implementation of the system.
