Summary: The Interim Property Project Manager will be integral to the facilities team, overseeing the management and delivery of maintenance and refurbishment projects to support business growth. This role involves ensuring properties are safe and compliant while managing project plans from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in estates and facilities management, with a focus on strategic planning and stakeholder communication. Travel within the UK is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all proactive and reactive maintenance of properties.
  • Oversee refurbishments and repurposing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations.
