Interim Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interim Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential schemes across Sheffield and Derbyshire.

Key duties of the Property Manager include:

• Scheme and estate inspections
• Compliance visits, including fire door checks
• Service charge management and enquiries
• Liaison with residents, contractors and stakeholders
• Supporting planned maintenance and major works
• Ensuring leasehold and health & safety compliance

The successful Property Manager will have:

• Block, estate, or leasehold property management
• Strong service charge knowledge (essential)
• Section 20 consultation experience (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
