Summary: The Project Management Lead role involves driving the successful delivery of key offshoring and operating model change initiatives within a global organization undergoing transformation. This high-impact position requires managing cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring robust governance in an SAP S/4HANA-enabled environment. The role demands strong project leadership skills and the ability to navigate a complex, fast-moving environment. The successful candidate will oversee significant workstreams and support the adoption of new operational methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for offshoring transitions and operating model change initiatives
  • Manage project planning, governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement across global teams
  • Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to align project outcomes with strategic objectives
  • Oversee transition plans for offshoring initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to service
  • Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA programme workstreams where relevant
  • Drive change management efforts to support the adoption of new ways of working
  • Provide clear reporting, tracking, and communication across senior leadership

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record in delivering complex transformation programmes, including offshoring initiatives
  • Strong project leadership skills with experience across global environments
  • Excellent understanding of SAP and S/4HANA implementations
  • Experience leading operating model transitions and embedding sustainable change
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in fast-paced, evolving settings

Salary (Rate): £700
