Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the integration of newly acquired entities into the central finance team.
  • Develop and document finance processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Participate in month-end close activities and ensure accurate accounting entries.
  • Ensure compliance with central finance timetables and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Assist in general accounting tasks, including reviewing financial records and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with various departments and local market teams for smooth integration.
  • Independently identify issues and take ownership of resolving challenges during integration.
