Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the integration of newly acquired entities into the central finance team.
- Develop and document finance processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Participate in month-end close activities and ensure accurate accounting entries.
- Ensure compliance with central finance timetables and manage deadlines effectively.
- Assist in general accounting tasks and prepare financial reports.
- Collaborate with various departments for smooth integration and adherence to financial processes.
- Identify issues and work on solutions during the integration process.
