Key Skills:

  • Programme Delivery experience within Estates, Property, or Capital Programme delivery.
  • Experience within complex organisations with demonstrable public sector experience.

Our client is major London-based organisation with a significant portfolio of property assets in a single estate . The organisation is undertaking a review and assessment of its existing estate and establishing its capacity needs for the forseeable future. We are seeking to appoint an Interim Programme Manager responsible for bringing together multiple current workstreams into a defined efficient programme of works. Working closely with key stakeholders, the programme will outline the future capacity requirement from this estate, and will enable the creation of outputs, deliverables, and business cases ahead of executive funding and budgeting committee meetings. This programme will define was capital delivery projects will be invested in, leading to capital programme of property projects. The Programme Manager will: Work with all workstreams and stakeholder SMEs to bring together, schedule, and formulate a defined formal programme of works. Define requirements for funding/investment and enable to preparation of business cases to be presented to the company exec. Enable the delivery of clear requirements and business cases for property investment in the 2025 period.
