Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage the PMO framework for the ERP programme
- Provide governance, reporting, and assurance across multiple workstreams
- Drive programme planning, RAID management, and milestone tracking
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between project sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Support programme leadership with decision-making through data-driven insights
- Monitor vendor delivery against agreed timelines and outcomes
Key Skills:
- Extensive PMO leadership experience in large ERP or transformation programmes
- Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience working with senior leadership to drive programme outcomes
