Description

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Profile

A successful Interim PMO Analyst/Project Coordinator should have:

  • Proven experience in project management and knowledge of project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience of pulling together and managing RAID logs.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
