Summary: The Interim People Operations & Resourcing Manager will play a crucial role in leading operational people services within a housing organization during a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide managers to achieve fair, consistent, and legally robust outcomes.

Are you an experienced senior people leader ready to make an immediate impact?We’re looking for an Interim People Operations & Resourcing Manager to join us at a pivotal moment in our transformation journey on a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and lead operational people services within a fast-paced, customer-focused housing organisation.Reporting to the Head of People, you will provide hands-on leadership across people operations and resourcing, working closely with People Business Partners, Advisors and specialist teams during a critical delivery phase.

The RoleThis role is central to delivering a high-quality, compliant and forward-thinking people service, ensuring consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement across the organisation. You will:

  • Lead people operations - overseeing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and pay & benefits administration, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal frameworks
  • Drive employee relations excellence - providing senior oversight on complex ER cases and guiding managers to achieve fair, consistent and legally robust outcomes
  • Lead through change - acting as a visible leader to support organisational transformation and embed new ways of working aligned to the People Strategy
