Summary: The Interim Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process for a family-owned business, ensuring accurate and timely payroll runs. This role requires collaboration with the Finance team and other departments to maintain payroll operations and support process improvements. The position is a sole role, emphasizing independence and attention to detail in payroll management. The contract is for an initial period of 6-8 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process all payroll data, ensuring timely and compliant payroll runs.
- Manage and resolve payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.

Key Skills:
- Extensive end-to-end payroll experience managing the full payroll cycle.
- Proficient in ADP payroll software, both in-house and as an outsourced provider.
- Experience in a sole payroll position and within small teams.
