Summary: Our client, a leading Business Services organization, is seeking a Payroll & HR Systems Transformation Lead to oversee a strategic project aimed at consolidating Payroll and HR systems across the UK. This role involves designing and delivering a transition from legacy systems to a unified approach, ensuring alignment with the business's future operating model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in complex transformation projects within HR and payroll environments, particularly with SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a detailed migration plan covering system build, testing, and implementation.

Our client, a leading Business Services organisation undergoing a significant change programme, is seeking a Payroll & HR Systems Transformation Lead to lead a strategic transformation project to consolidate Payroll and HR systems across the UK business unit. This is a critical role responsible for the successful design and delivery of all elements required to transition from legacy systems and processes to a unified, simplified, and standardised approach in line with the business’ future operating model.
