Summary: Our client, a leading Facilities Management organisation, seeks an Interim Payroll & HR Systems Transformation Lead to spearhead a strategic programme unifying Payroll and HR systems across the UK. This high-impact role involves defining a new systems ecosystem, managing migration plans, and delivering measurable outcomes while influencing senior stakeholders. The position requires a proven track record in transformation programmes and a deep understanding of HR systems, particularly SAP. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the blueprint for a new Payroll & HR systems ecosystem.
  • Own the migration plan from system build through to testing, deployment, and post-go-live success.
  • Simplify and standardise processes aligned with the business’s strategic vision.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes - financial, operational, and strategic.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across the business.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive alignment.
  • Champion change with strong communication and engagement plans.
  • Work closely with the PMO to ensure governance, reporting, and project delivery stay on track.
