Key Responsibilities:
- High-volume allocation of customer payments within Sage 200, ensuring absolute accuracy and timeliness.
- Investigating unallocated cash, short payments, and debit notes while maintaining clear audit trails.
- Reconciling customer accounts and monitoring AR ageing to flag overdue balances.
- Managing the shared AR inbox and liaising with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve queries.
- Assisting with month-end close, bank transaction postings, and aged debt analysis using Excel.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience using Sage 200 (or a similar ERP) is essential.
- Ability to use XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and perform complex data manipulation in Excel.
- Previous experience in a high-volume, product-based, or retail/e-commerce environment is highly desirable.
- AAT (qualified or part-qualified) or equivalent hands-on experience.
