Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope, develop and implement effective models to identify and attract the right talent.
  • Design and develop a talent strategy focusing on D&I, succession planning, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver improved resourcing and talent attraction projects.
  • Construct a strong EVP to provide talent development opportunities.
  • Develop a talent attraction framework.
  • Collaborate with the organisational development team to enhance workforce planning.
  • Review current processes for senior recruitment and develop talent development strategies.
  • Focus on talent identification, assessment, development, and succession planning.
  • Develop partnerships to widen the talent pool, including schools.
  • Enhance talent attraction and management practices to drive talent cycles.
