Summary: The role of Interim Manager involves providing immediate leadership and oversight for a children's residential home in Stockport that supports two young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD). The successful candidate will ensure high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations while guiding the existing staff team. This position is expected to last for four weeks, with the possibility of extension. The interim manager will also liaise with senior leadership and external professionals as needed.

Domus Recruitment are working with a well-established children’s residential provider who are seeking an Interim Manager to support one of their EBD homes in Stockport. This home supports two young people, and they require an experienced interim who can step in immediately to provide stability, leadership, and oversight over the next four weeks, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:
