Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of Global Services, defining service purpose, minimum value offers, capabilities, accountabilities, and structural principles.
- Translate the Target Operating Model into clear organisational design proposals.
- Support the development of consultation materials, role profiles, and structural options.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions with senior leaders.
- Build strong relationships across the Global Hub, Regions, and Countries.
- Translate complex organisational design concepts into clear, practical solutions.
