Summary: The role of Interim Management Accountant is based in Leeds and is a 6-month fixed-term contract due to maternity cover for a growing tech company. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct cost analysis to support decision-making and cost control.
- Assist in group consolidation process.
- Assist in strategic planning and business performance analysis.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Support pricing decisions and profitability analysis.
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, including senior executives and department heads.
- Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures.
- Use Xero accounting software.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Key Skills:
- Part-qualified or QBE (Qualified by Experience).
- Advanced level on Excel with data manipulation skills.
- Ability to start within the next four weeks.
