Summary: The role of Interim Management Accountant is based in Leeds and is a 6-month fixed-term contract due to maternity cover for a growing tech company. The position requires a proactive individual who can manage a fast-paced finance environment and contribute to various financial analyses and reporting tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Conduct cost analysis to support decision-making and cost control.
  • Assist in group consolidation process.
  • Assist in strategic planning and business performance analysis.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
  • Support pricing decisions and profitability analysis.
  • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, including senior executives and department heads.
  • Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures.
  • Use Xero accounting software.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Key Skills:

  • Part-qualified or QBE (Qualified by Experience).
  • Advanced level on Excel with data manipulation skills.
  • Ability to start within the next four weeks.

Salary (Rate): 45000
