Cherry Professional are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a growing business during an exciting period of transformation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to support key finance operations, deliver accurate month-end reporting and help drive process improvements on an initial 3 month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close, including journals, accruals and prepayments
- Prepare and review P&L and balance sheet reports
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items
- Support payroll accounting and month-end processes
- Assist with revenue recognition and financial compliance
- Provide financial insight and analysis to operational and commercial stakeholders
- Support finance transformation initiatives, system improvements and project work
- Ensure strong financial controls and reporting accuracy throughout
About You
- ACCA/CIMA qualified or actively studying
- Previous experience in a Management Accountant role
- Strong month-end, reporting and reconciliation experience
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to build relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Must have experience with SAP S/4HANA
