Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage key areas of the year-end close for a multi-entity group
- Own and deliver accurate IFRS 16 lease accounting, including ROU asset and lease liability calculations, reconciliations and disclosures
- Maintain and improve lease registers, schedules and associated controls
- Strengthen and streamline processes, systems and operating flows within the finance function
- Support month-end tasks including journals, balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany activity
- Liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth year-end delivery
Key Skills:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong, demonstrable IFRS 16 experience
- Background working within multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction structures
- Proven experience in interim or hands-on management accounting roles
- Ability to improve processes and embed stronger financial workflows
- Strong Excel and systems capability
- Able to work independently and deliver under time pressure
