A dynamic media marketing company based in London is seeking an Interim Management Accountant on a 3 month contract. You will join the business during an exciting period of growth, aiding financial operations. Your role will involve managing comprehensive financial operations, starting with Accounts Receivable (AR) collections to ensure timely and accurate client payments, alongside maintaining and reconciling customer account records. You'll be responsible for processing credit notes and issuing refunds, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Furthermore, you'll handle remittance processing, working closely with clients to resolve discrepancies and maintain crucial cash flow. Beyond these core AR functions, you will also assist with managing pension contributions and employee expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies. You will actively support financial planning and budgeting processes, build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. Your contributions will extend to month-end reporting and playing a key role in optimizing the financial planning system. The ideal candidate will be a part qualified or qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CAANZ) or equivalent, with at least one year of experience within industry in a similar position.
