- A resilient, proactive individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Someone who can bring energy, structure and challenge where needed
- Experience supporting system implementations or transitions (beneficial but not essential)
- A hands-on operator who's ready to roll their sleeves up, work hard and help bring order and control to a finance function undergoing significant change
