Summary: The role of Management Accountant is a fixed-term contract for an initial period of six months, based in Wilmslow, requiring three days of on-site work each week. The position is focused on supporting a manufacturing business and offers a competitive salary on a pro-rata basis. The ideal candidate will be expected to start as soon as possible and work standard office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting and analysis for the manufacturing business.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience in management accounting within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary (Rate): £55,000 yearly
